Shipping

If you live in the Edmonton, AB & surrounding areas - we encourage you to pick up your order or take advantage of having it delivered right to your doorstep!

A local pick-up option is available at check-out. Please only select this option if you live in the #YEG area and intend on picking up your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready. Once your order is processed, you will be emailed/texted pick-up information. Please note that we are NOT a storefront - you will be picking up your order at a home in the west end of the city. The exact address will be provided in the text/email notification.

If your address qualifies for local delivery, this option will appear at check-out for you to select. Deliveries will take place Monday-Friday within typical business hours.

Orders up to $100 are subject to a $5 delivery fee, and orders over $100 within the delivery zone are FREE!

Please leave any delivery notes necessary in the notes section at checkout. You wil be notified when your order has been delivered.

If you change your mind and would like us to ship you the order, please contact us at hello@theselfcareshop.ca to make arrangements.

Free shipping is available in Canada on all orders over $125.00 CAD (before taxes). For orders under $125, a flat rate fee of $15 applies.

This will be provided as standard shipping - if you require your order quicker, please select an alternative shipping method at checkout, or contact us directy to discuss options!

Order Processing

Orders ship out of Edmonton, AB, and will be processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at hello@theselfcareshop.ca for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@theselfcareshop.ca . We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.  

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide or if package is returned to sender due to exceeded failed delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or exceeded failed delivery attempts, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

*Please note that Canada Post has announced shipping delays due to ongoing COVID circumstances. 

We are not responsible for delays due to any other natural occurrences, or other shipping carrier delays. Ensure you are shipping to a secure address - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or taxes once the package has exited Canada. These are all solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Ensure you are shipping to a secure address - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We currently only ship to Canada & the US. Keep checking back for more options in the future!

Returns

We take special care to ensure that all products are carefully inspected, protected & packaged properly before shipping. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, please send us a note at hello@theselfcareshop.ca along with some photographs of the product within 1 day of delivery. These are reviewed on a case by case basis, but will not be accepted for review beyond the 1 day after the delivery date. 

Since most of our products are of a personal & often hygienic nature, all sales are considered final. Gift cards are considered final sale and are non-refunable. Please read through product descriptions carefully and if you require more information, give us a shout!
